Start by prepping chapped lips to ensure a smooth application and remove any dry or cracked skin using NK Vanilla Stick Lip Scrub or the NK Nourishing/Moisturizing Lip Scrub. 

Next: Apply evenly to the top and bottom lip using light short strokes. If desired finish the look with a lip liner.
